On report stacks, how can you automatically send to another user?

I send most of my month end stacked reports to Department Heads through their IFS Inbox, to do this, in the set up of the stacked report, you need to select the "On Behalf of", those that are not set up in IFS, I keep the "On Behalf of User" as my own user, download them and then email them.
